Our History

We are a family-run letting agent and property maintenance company with over 20 years of experience in the local housing market. We are members of the RLA (Residential Landlords Association, www.rla.org.uk) and are based in Bristol so can respond to any urgent requests immediately. We pride ourselves on giving a more personal, friendly, efficient service to both tenants and landlords.

Our Properties

We cater for both the student and professional market and have an extensive portfolio of property, in mainly North Bristol.

Students

We pride ourselves in providing good quality yet affordable housing for students attending Bristol University and UWE, as well as City of Bristol, BIMM, and many other places of higher education. All of our properties are situated near public transport routes to these campuses, and are located near the pubs, cafes and shops in the Gloucester Road area. All of our student lets are equipped with beds, bedroom furniture, desk and chair, along with fully furnished communal areas and kitchens.

Professionals

We also offer several properties suitable for non-students/professionals. These are subject to a regular renovation programme so are all modern, spacious and well maintained. Often with younger tenants, this is the first time they have lived away from the family, so we endeavour to assist wherever possible to facilitate a smooth transition into their first home.

Management

As we handle all administration and management in house we are able to keep fees to an absolute minimum and we are always contactable in any emergency or non-urgent event. We also create social messaging groups so that our tenants are always informed of anything to do with the property.
